Membership applications are reviewed privately through the HUXIP review process. No admission is guaranteed. HUXIP may decline, defer, or revoke membership at its discretion.

Country surfaces, partner panels, and Ask HUXIP availability are subject to country-by-country availability and future integration. No specific country, partner, or feature is guaranteed at any time.

Future perk participation — including but not limited to welcome glasses, quiet-hours arrangements, curated experiences, and partner-led benefits — is described as future or planned. No specific perk is guaranteed.

Perks may vary by country, partner, season, and tier. Member-tier eligibility for any specific perk is subject to availability, partner participation, and the HUXIP review process.

Partner participation in the HUXIP Network may include paid membership or platform access. Paid participation does not guarantee placement, Ask HUXIP visibility, member-intent exposure, member action, traffic, or bookings.

Country panel admission is reviewed through the HUXIP review process and is curated. Editorial slots rotate seasonally. Visibility is subject to approval and quality review at every tier.

Ask HUXIP is described throughout the preview platform as a preview surface. There is no live AI booking, no live messaging, no live reservation, and no live partner routing during preview.

Future AI features may use member-provided context (saved places, countries of interest, trip plans) to surface relevance-based previews. AI-driven actions remain preview-state and subject to approval until activated.

Partner participation is subject to the HUXIP review process and quarterly editorial review. Quality standards include reservation-first hospitality, member privacy, quiet-hours discretion, transparent sourcing, and partner-to-partner trust.

HUXIP may admit, decline, suspend, or remove partner participation at its discretion. Tier progression (Applicant, Verified, Country, Preferred, Signature, Ambassador) is reviewed through the HUXIP review process and is not guaranteed.

Member privacy controls are always required. Profile photos are optional. Visibility in Connect is opt-in. Exact location is not shown by default. Country visits remain private unless explicitly shared.

Future verification of country visits is opt-in. Verification, when activated, may contribute to higher-tier eligibility — but no automatic verification, surveillance, or location tracking takes place at any time.

The Titanium Access Card is described as a physical token of membership. Future NFC activation, future member-ID binding, and future first-use scanning are subject to future integration. None is currently live.

When card activation flows go live, activation is member-initiated and never automatic. The Card carries no GPS, no telemetry, and no advertising identifier.

These draft terms are subject to change pending legal review. Final Terms of Service will be issued when the platform leaves preview. Until then, this scaffold sets expectations only and does not constitute the final agreement between HUXIP and any member or partner.

Continued use of the preview platform implies acknowledgment of preview status only. No durable contractual relationship arises from preview-state use.
